Local Regional office is looking for an individual who can perform administrative and office support activities while managing a professional work place environment. Daily tasks may include answering phone, scheduling, welcoming the public, making recruiting phone calls, preparing for public events, create spreadsheets, presentations, filing, and assist with team events. Requirement: Positive attitude, motivated, team player, ability to prioritize tasks, multi task and exude strong organizational skills.
