POSITION SUMMARY The Data Information Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining and coordinating data systems for the program. This position is responsible for ensuring comprehensive data collection, accurate data entry/monitoring accuracy of data entered, and generation of reports and other data output. This position will maintain data, and provide system training and troubleshooting support to staff. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION • Maintains Child Plus software database. • Coordinates gathering of data and monitors for accuracy and comprehensiveness. • Ensures accurate, complete, efficient input and maintenance of Child Plus software system, ensuring information required is maintained in a manner that will allow compilation of accurate data by the end of the program year. • Complete intake process with the families to ensure all required documents are submitted for application/enrollment process. • Monitors and maintains Child Plus data entry via reports and regular monitoring. • Prepares and clearly articulates information/reports as requested, including written, graphic and or verbal. • Consults with coordinators and/or program director as needed for assistance, collaboration, and consultation or troubleshooting. • Provides training and troubleshooting support to staff as needed. • Develops and maintains updated procedures. • Under guidance of program director, sets up all records and conducts computer activities, such as: deleting records, backing-up data files, creating new reports. • All other duties as assigned.
