Monday - Friday 8-5. Occasional deviations to this schedule depending on events. Northwest is searching for a self starter with excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable talking to groups of people. Must be engaging and approachable. Must have strong organizational skills. Must be able to occasionally work outside of office hours. This position will lead the recruiting of all positions and effectively on-board new hires. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Post openings online as well as other recruiting sources. Conduct pre-screening interviews. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Perform background checks for potential candidates. Keep up on communication to all applicants, to include rejection letters and offer letters. Schedule all interviews and be part of the selection process. Conduct new hire orientations. Tracks the application status on applicants and ensures appropriate communication to candidates. Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting. Attend career fairs and other events for recruiting. Associates degree in business, public relations or communications or related field preferred, but not required. Entry Level Position Human Resources experience preferred, but not required. NHS offers: 4.6 weeks of accrued PTO each year.
