Description:
NHS is looking for someone to perform building maintenance at all of our facilities. 32 hours/week. No weekends or Holidays Travel required. Home base will be St. Joseph, MO but will be required to travel regularly to Savannah, Mound City, King City, Hamilton, Braymer and Cainsville. (mileage reimbursed) Job Duties Must be available for all building emergencies. Continually evaluate the most efficient means to keep NHS assets and property in top quality condition. Report malfunctioning equipment, structures or machinery to the appropriate entity for repair. Assure all facilities are in working order, neat, and well groomed for proper appearance to the public. Provide input on contracts and act as liaison for cleaning, lawn care, and snow removal when necessary. Conduct and maintain inspections of all sites. Responsible for daily maintenance, i.e light bulb changes, air filter replacements, painting, moving furniture, hanging pictures on walls, etc.\ Manage work orders. HVAC certification preferred. Must be able to push/pull/lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, conduct physically tasking activities. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $14.00 to $18.00 /hour
