As a Service Representative, you’ll change BMO Harris Bank’s customer experience for the better. As the face of the bank, you’ll provide the first interaction that keeps our customers coming back. You’ll play a big role in the customer experience by:  Being the frontline of communication with new and existing clients  Identifying sales opportunities by immediately understanding the specific needs of the customer  Building strong relationships with customers that strengthen their trust in the bank  Accepting and processing customer transactions accurately and timely to ensure that all the required documentation is completed  Ensuring the initial impression of the bank? environment is always positive and friendly Understand the function of the bank Your friendly and polite manner to customers will influence their perceptions of the bank, so your role is critical to how we do business. We’re looking for Service Representatives who not only greet customers with a smile but immediately understand the nature of their visit and effectively direct them to the right product or service. You’ll impact BMO Harris Bank by making judgement calls that benefit our customers and immediately address their needs. You’ll be confident and approachable while offering a level of sincerity that conveys the dedication we have for our customers. You’ll become an expert in our products and services by raising your voice and asking questions when you have them.
