  We are looking for a very friendly service oriented person to provide customer service for our customers. We have a retail market which requires the customer service team to be knowledgeable about products and easily make recommendations. Customer service representatives (CSR)do best in our environment if they are ambitious, confident, hard working, and love people. Good problem solving and communication/listening skills are a must. CSR’s make and receive a moderate volume of calls daily to answer questions and to take orders for our custom work. CSR’s also maintain the retail stock and regularly stock products, check for sell by dates, and package products as needed. It is important that the CSR be able to comfortably lift 50-60 lb boxes frequently throughout the day and tolerate a cold freezer environment for short periods of time 2-5 minutes as we bring products out for load out. We value relationship first with both our team and our customers. We take time everyday to accomplish both. We have a unique environment and will provide all training specific to our industry.

Hours are 9:30-5:00 Mon-Fri


Answering phones
