Do you enjoy being part of a team to help people develop reach their goals and improve their lives? We are hiring a Housing Specialist. (High school diploma considered).
This position involves case management for individuals with mental health needs in a community setting, including helping consumers locate safe, stable and permanent housing. Key responsibilities also include assisting with housing needs, and coordinating with other agencies. In the role of Housing Specialist, you will help develop treatment goals, monitor progress, and provide individual support. This role is part of a team to ensure that individualized treatment goals are developed and implemented for each consumer. High school diploma considered; prefer a bachelor’s degree in social services field. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be/remain insurable under Family Guidance Center liability insurance.
