Applicants for and incumbents in this position must qualify for and maintain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Facility Agent ID
Reports to: CEO/COO
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage human resources and assist with additional office managerial duties, including but not limited to:
• Maintaining and updating employee handbook and company policies
• Recruiting and hiring of additional personnel
• Maintaining and updating company personnel files
• Supporting the training and continued education of company personnel
• Supporting the health and wellness of company personnel
• Assisting with unemployment claims and court ordered employee garnishments
• Maintaining and updating company organization chart
• Assisting with payroll processing
• Assisting with company compensation & benefits packages and periodic wage adjustments
• Managing new employee documentation, agent ID acquisition, and onboarding process
• Generating certain reports relevant to company personnel
• Maintaining and updating weekly staff schedule
• Assisting with other interoffice managerial duties
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
