ADMISSIONS COUNSELORS- Missouri Western State University is seeking to hire multiple Admissions Counselors. Responsible for all recruitment and admissions activities in an assigned territory. Manages full life-cycle admissions processes including but not limited to travel, events, individual communication, marketing, managing relationships with stakeholders, and other duties as assigned in support of meeting individual targets as assigned by the Director of Admissions. Position includes overnight travel; some nights and weekends expected. This position has the potential to be regionally based. REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; 1 year of experience in student recruiting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties. Good written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills, time management and working with diverse external and internal contacts. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. PREFER: Knowledge of MWSU programs/services, and experience conducting high school visits, college fairs and/or campus tours.
