CAPSTJOE is a nonprofit, Community Action Agency located in St. Joseph, Missouri. We are an anti-poverty agency that provides social services to low-income children and families in Andrew, Buchanan, Clinton and DeKalb Counties, Missouri. The Finance Director is a full-time position and is eligible for health insurance benefits, 401k match, and paid time off accrual. The work schedule for the position is Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:30pm. The Finance Director is responsible for oversight of all financial matters of the agency. The Director will oversee all financial compliance for government (federal and state) contracts and grants, earned income and donations. S/he must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in a collaborative and deadline-oriented workplace while managing finance staff. Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a related field with 5 or more years of experience in financial analysis, management, fund management, and budgeting. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $52,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
