In-Home Services Coordinator (Full-Time)
MERIL is seeking a full-time In-Home Services Coordinator. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion to improve the lives of those who are aging or have a disability. This position is responsible for overseeing the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) component of MERIL’s In-Home Services program, including: processing referrals for In-Home Services participants; providing information about the In-Home Services program to potential participants and community members; recruiting and training PCAs; scheduling PCA home visits; and monitoring the quality of services provided by PCAs. The successful candidate should be an effective supervisor and be able to use Microsoft Office software to maintain an accurate schedule of PCA shifts. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and a High School Diploma (or equivalency) are required. MERIL is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer.
