Title of Position:
Part time some full time hours possible. Applicant must have knowledge bank account reconciliations; journal entries; Accounts Payable; preparation of weekly certified payroll; preparation of monthly sales tax reports; preparation of weekly, biweekly and/or monthly payroll reports; preparation and knowledge of quarterly and year end payroll reports data entry and other bookkeeping tasks as requested. Applicant should have experience in working accounts payable, general ledger, payroll and payroll reports; Possess a strong knowledge of general office and bookkeeping procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks.
