Busy accounting firm is currently seeking a full time professional receptionist for our St. Joseph, Missouri office, Monday and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the potential of seasonal overtime and weekend hours. This position includes being responsible for answering the telephone, scheduling appointments and greeting clients. Excellent telephone and public relations skills. Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner on the phone and in person as they come into the firm. Ability to take and relay accurate telephone messages for firm personnel. Scheduling of appoints for various office personnel and reservation of conference resources. Carrying out of multiple reminders and notifications to clients. Execution of additional administrative assistant duties as requested. Professional dress and conduct. Maintain confidentiality of all client information. Proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Detail oriented and excellent organization skills.
