Currently seeking a professional receptionist for busy accounting office located in St. Joseph, Missouri. This position includes being responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients. Excellent telephone skills and public relations skills. Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner on the phone and in person as they come into firm. Ability to take and relay accurate phone messages to firm personnel. Scheduling of appointments for various office personnel and reservation of conference resources. Carrying out of multiple reminders and notifications to clients. Execution of additional administrative assistant duties as requested. Professional dress and conduct. Maintain confidentiality of all client information. Proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills. Potential for advancement within the firm is possible. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the potential of seasonal overtime and weekend hours. Resumes may be emailed to
