Hours: Dayshift hours Monday thru Friday

Summary of Position:
This position is responsible for business-to-business telephone sales/customer service with additional duties as needed.
Responsibilities include calling on potential and existing customers, digesting the customer’s needs, answer product questions, recommend product to fulfill the customer’s production requirements, complete the sale and all paperwork needed to ensure timely delivery and document customer issues with accurate and detailed notes.
Required Qualifications:
History of sales or customer service experience
Good telephone etiquette, attendance, and organizational skills
High School Diploma
Ability to multi-task.
Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Social media, Web search)
Strong Oral & Written skills
Desired Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of manufacturing type facilities
Ability to answer technical questions
