  The Outreach Support Contact Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all contacts in BackOffice contain correct contact information and are kept up to date on a daily basis nd ensure all leads in the BO are worked according to plan on a weekly bases.

Ensure on a daily basis all contacts in BO are correct. Will need to work closely with ASM’s and the ORSC Dealer Coordinators to obtain information.
Perform outbound calls/emails to all contact types assigned to the Outreach Support Contact Coordinator and to collect correct/update contact information.
Researches all potential customers provided by Key Accounts to ensure that they are the right customers for BioZyme’s model and then add the contact to BO as a Sub-Dealer lead.
Utilize BO and other related software to maintain and track account progress.
Meet daily call volume expectations, ensuring meeting goals of 100 calls a day.
Understand and correctly record all information and responses.
Must be knowledgeable on all BioZyme products.
Must make quality a priority in all aspects of work.
Execute the work clearly and accurately.
Is courteous and friendly.
Is prepared to deal with problem situations that may arise during interviews.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education-High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Work Experience-2 year of call center, sales, customer service or customer support.
