The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance, supervision, and cleaning of the property. A perfect candidate would have 2-3 years of facilities maintenance experience, and be willing to work hands on with the maintenance and housekeeping departments.
*This position has a $1500 Sign On Bonus, and will be paid hourly at $20.00 per hour*
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the property.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance and cleaning of the property
Scheduling and supervising of maintenance, ground and custodial employees.
Training staff
Enforce compliance with laws and regulations regarding safety, fire and health
Inventory control
Implement policy procedures.
Provide a safe clean environment for guests and employees
Knowledge of OSHA standards and SDS manual.
QUALIFICATIONS

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent required and/or college education.
Broad Knowledge of organizational, communication and supervision skills.
Excellent customer and employee service skills are essential.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to Obtain and Maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming Commission License
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Valid Drivers License
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
