Are you detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to help clients create memorable travel experiences? Aura Travel is looking for a Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our in-office team!
Position: Admin Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: In-office
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Part-Time, Hourly
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist agent and clients with individual and group travel needs, ensuring they have the best possible arrangements.
• Use our booking system to enter and update accounting and clients information.
• Process and collect payments accurately.
• Assist Agent in Advising clients on travel options and keep them updated on any changes.
• Prepare and send travel documents, maintaining clear and timely communication.
Qualifications:
• Proficient Computer Skills: Ability to learn and use booking and payment systems with ease.
• Essential Skills: Active listening, problem-solving, detail orientation, clear communication, social perceptiveness, coordination, time management, active learning, and basic math.
• Ideal Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn, and committed to going the extra mile to improve the client experience, support our team, and grow our company.
