Section 3 participation is required on this project. Project requirements are a minimum 10% section 3 and 30% of new hires must be section 3 certified individuals. Each contractor shall be required to actively solicit three (3) certified individuals. All contracts over $100,000 must fully comply with section 3 participation. All contracts (including tiered subcontractors) over $100,000 must meet all contracting and reporting requirements for section 3. Failure to meet these goals may disqualify bids.
