Basic Purpose of Position:
This position will work in conjunction with the Relationship Banking Development & Training Mgr to create, cultivate, encourage, and promote retail sales with the branch staff to meet goals for referrals and retail expansion. Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch Teller and Relationship Banker staff, while following the bank policy for operations. Represents the bank in a manner that maintains and expands business relationships and enhances the Bank's image, contributing to its growth. Ensure excellent customer service in all customer and employee interactions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a culture within the branch to achieve relationship building goals.
Coach and mentor branch employees in cross-selling products and inter-department referrals.
Continually evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs and monitor progress.
Manage day-to-day retail operations of the facility.
Respond to escalated customer inquires timely and in a professional manner.
Ensure customer service needs are handled appropriately.
Supervision of branch Tellers and Relationship Bankers.
