  Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in social media marketing to help drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Assist in the lease-up process for new apartments, ensuring high occupancy and retention rates.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of property management software (AppFolio, Homebase) and assist in data entry, reporting, and communication tasks.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online leads.
• Process lease renewals and update lease documentation as needed.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests to ensure community standards are met.
• Create and manage online marketing content across multiple social media platforms to promote vacancies and resident engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media ad performance, optimizing for reach and target audiences.
• Collect rent and other receivables while maintaining accurate records.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Maintain up-to-date records of unit availability and property data.
• Assist in planning and executing resident events and community activities.
• Track and collect proof of renter’s insurance.
• Support the Community Manager with additional administrative and operational duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of property operations, leasing, and financial principles.
• Working knowledge of AppFolio, Homebase, or similar property management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
• Skilled in social media marketing, including ad analytics, audience targeting, and content creation.
• Understanding of smart home/apartment technology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.

Full-time, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Starting pay: $18.00/hr
