Urgently Hiring!!
We're hiring a Community Living Floater to support individuals with disabilities living independently. This is a flexible FULL TIME position covering shifts across multiple group homes.
Schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Any time between 6am – 11pm (As Needed)
40 hours per week
If you apply by 4/7/26 you may be able to start 4/20/26 or 5/4/26
What You'll Do:
Help individuals with daily living activities (bathing, cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.)
Provide transportation to appointments and community outings
Administer medications and support medical needs
Follow individual support plans and document services provided
Work with positive behavioral supports
What You Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year experience supporting people with disabilities or in group healthcare
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
Skills That Help:
Patience and flexibility to work in different homes with different teams
Good communication with individuals, families, and medical providers
Ability to work independently and handle challenging behaviors
