Field Operations Coordinator

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | In-Office Position
Preferred Pest Control is looking for a highly organized, quick-thinking individual to join our operations team as a Field Operations Coordinator.
This role plays a major part in keeping our technicians efficient and our daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, communication, and fast-paced environments, this could be a great fit.
This is an in-office position working directly with our field technicians and office team throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
• Monitor technician schedules and routes throughout the day
• Adjust schedules in real time as changes happen
• Help maximize technician productivity and efficiency
• Communicate directly with field technicians throughout the day
• Help create openings and availability for additional appointments
• Assist with office organization and shared-space upkeep

• Comfortable learning and using technology and AI tools
Experience with scheduling, dispatching, logistics, or operations support is helpful, but not required.

• No customer interaction or inbound customer phone calls
