M CON, LLC is actively seeking skilled and dedicated heavy equipment technicians to join our team. Our ideal candidates will have a strong background in heavy equipment repair and maintenance, with the ability to work on various types of heavy equipment and light duty machinery. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to ensuring that all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including diagnostics and troubleshooting
Operate heavy equipment as needed for repairs and testing purposes
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on all equipment
Collaborate with team members to identify issues and implement effective solutions
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
Pay is based on experience. Benefits include PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Retirement.
