Triumph recently commenced activities on various capital projects to increase its processing capabilities, which include an 11,000-square-foot expansion of its St. Joseph facility and equipment investments in production, packaging, and storage.
In addition, throughout 2013 Triumph Foods will add 105 employees to its existing workforce of approximately 2,800 in connection with these capital investments.
Local contractors and equipment manufacturers within the community will also benefit as they assist the company in the expansion of the facility and installation of the processing and product handling equipment.
This most recent expansion comes on the heels of a $10 million capital expansion announced in October of 2012.
